All
of our dishes and salsas, including the mole are made in
our kitchen, from fresh ingredients, in order to offer you
homestyle cooking from the heart of Mexico. There are no
powdered chilies or preservatives or lard, in any of our
foods. The beans used are pinto beans, cooked daily at the
restaurant.
Tamales
(Prices range from $5-7)
Our tamales are big enough to be a meal, they are made from freshly ground organic corn and do not contain lard. Vegetarian tamal available.
Burritos
(Prices range from $6-9)
Burritos are our largest meal. A hand stretched flour tortilla is stuffed with rice, beans, sour cream, cheese, your choice of salsa and one of the following:
Crab meat, shrimp cooked in garlic, pulled pork meat, shredded chicken breast, James Ranch beef, beans and cheese, beans and avocado slices, and chile relleno in fresh tomato salsa.

The biggest poblano chiles are carefully roasted and peeled, stuffed with chunks of our Cotija cheese, placed in a very light egg batter, shallow fried and then put into a ripe, fresh tomato sauce. Rellenos are served with sour cream and cheese, choice of rice and beans.
Quesadillas
(Prices range from $6-9)
Flour tortillas covered in slowly melted Oaxaca cheese and served with your choice of salsa and filling.
The choices are: Crab meat, shrimp cooked in garlic, pulled pork meat, shredded chicken breast, James Ranch beef, Beans and cheese, fresh chunky guacamole, or avocado slices.
Tacos
(Prices $2.50 per taco)
Tacos are served in soft, handmade tortillas made from freshly ground organic corn. Tacos come with sour cream, cheese, cabbage, salsa, and your choice of any of the following:
Pulled pork meat, shredded chicken breast, James Ranch beef, beans and cheese, fresh chunky guacamole, or avocado slices.
