Cajun Chicken Sandwich:
A spicy marinated chicken breast grilled and topped with
pepperjack cheese and served with chipotle aioli.

Garden Burger:
Served with sundried tomato pesto, alfalfa sprouts,
tomatoes and onion.

Southwestern Burger:
Topped with green chiles, pepperjack cheese and chipotle aioli.

Appetizers

Spinach Cheese Dip:
Served with Steamworks Gold Medal Beer bread & tortilla chips.

Salads
(Prices range from $4-9)

Southwest Chicken Salad:
Spicy broiled chicken served atop mixed greens with roasted
red peppers, sliced red onions and cilantro-lime vinaigrette.

Cajun Boil
(For 1 or 2 people: $17-30)

Served nightly starting at 5 p.m.
One-half pound of crab, ¼
pound of shrimp, ¼ pound of sausage, three new potatoes
and two cobs of corn per person.
All boiled in our hot Cajun spices.
Oh yeah, it’s hot! Crawfish extra.

Pizzas
(Prices range from $7-12)

Pizza Margherita:
Basil pesto, roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and
grated Asiago cheese.

Entrées
(Prices range from $9-18)

N.Y. Strip:
A 14-oz. steak aged and personally cut on premises to
ensure a thick, juicy steak. Served with garlic mashers
and steamed vegetables.

Roman Pasta:
Fresh spinach, pine nuts, diced tomatoes, garlic and artichoke hearts combined with feta cheese then tossed with penne pasta. Chicken or salmon extra.

Anasazi Enchiladas:
Two enchiladas stuffed with a creamy chicken mixture,
sauced and topped with cheese. Served with green
chile rice and black beans.

Desserts
