We have the biggest one in town!

Fresh Oysters:
Half-dozen on the half shell.

Crab-Stuffed Mush-rooms:
Mushroom caps sautéed in garlic butter, capers, and herbs,
then stuffed with a king crab meat mixture and topped
with parmesan cheese.

Tequila Shrimp:
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh garlic and cilantro.
Finished with a tequila lime cream sauce.

Oysters Rockefeller:
Half-dozen select oysters topped with spinach,
bacon and cheese.

New England Clam Chowder:
A bowl of our own creamy homemade chowder.

Louisiana Red Snapper:
Filet of snapper baked in a very spicy tomato crawfish creole sauce topped with jack cheese.

Lemon Caper Rocky Mountain Trout:
Fresh rainbow trout broiled with white wine, capers,
lemon juice and butter.

Thai Peanut Shrimp:
Jumbo shrimp glazed with a Thai peanut glaze made from coconut milk, ginger and soy.

Scallops Dijonaise:
Scallops baked in a dijon mustard, dill and white
wine cream sauce.

Filet of yellowfin tuna marinated in soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sesame oil, then grilled and served with wasabi & pickled ginger.

Teriyaki Top Sirloin:
Marinated in our own teriyaki sauce, then grilled.

Hawaiian Chicken:
Boneless breast of chicken marinated in
our teriyaki sauce. Served with fresh pineapple.

Death By Chocolate:
Rich chocolate ice cream in a chocolate crumb pie crust,
topped with fudge, nuts and whipped cream.

Mint Alaska: Mint
chocolate chip ice cream in a cookie crust, with fudge,
whipped cream and nuts.

Turtle Cheesecake:
Layers of chocolate & cream cheese in a graham cracker crust. Topped with caramel & pecans.
