Green Chile Cheeseburger:
8 oz. of ground Black Angus beef topped with cheddar
cheese & hot green chile, served with french fries.

Santa Fe Salad:
Grilled peppers & onions on a bed of mixed greens
with black bean salsa, tomato, cucumber & red chile
croutons & cumin vinaigrette or ranch dressing.

VEGETARIAN

Vegetarian Tamale Plate:
Two veggie tamales filled with zucchini, green chile & corn, topped with white cheddar cheese & red or green chile,
served with pinto beans.

Vegetarian Chalupas
“Santa Fe Style.” Two crispy corn tortilla shells filled with
refried beans, white cheddar cheese and topped with
lettuce, tomato & guacamole.

Vegetarian New Mexican Plate:
A rolled blue corn cheese & onion enchilada topped
with green chile. Served with pinto beans & rice.

ENTRÉES

Carne Adovada:
Tender chunks of pork marinated in red chile and baked
in the oven. Served with rice & refried beans.

Blue Enchiladas:
“Santa Fe Style” two stacked blue corn tortillas with cheese & onion, topped with red or green chile. Your choice of cheese, chicken, ground or shredded beef. Rice & beans.

Gazpacho:
A cold field soup. Seasonal vegetables prepared fresh
in a tomato broth, served with red chile croutons.

Stuffed Sopapilla:
A flaky sopapilla filled with your choice of: ground or
shredded beef, chicken, carne adovada, or refried beans
with onions & cheddar cheese, topped with lettuce,
tomato, a splash of sour cream & your choice of
red or green chile.
