~ MENU SAMPLING~
All
of our dishes and salsas, including the mole are made in
our kitchen, from fresh ingredients, in order to offer you
homestyle cooking from the heart of Mexico. There are no
powdered chilies or preservatives or lard, in any of our
foods. The beans used are pinto beans, cooked daily at the
restaurant.
Tamales
(Prices range from $5-7)
Made
from freshly ground organic corn and not made
with lard. The consistency of the tamal is similar to that
of a sponge cake. Individual tamales weigh
between 10 and 13 oz. making them ideal as a meal.
Fillings
may vary from day to day, but may include:
chicken mole, spicy beef, pork in red chile, pork in
green chile, chicken chipotle, zucchini and corn,
chile strips and cheese, etc.
Burritos
(Prices range from $6-9)
Made
in large, thin flour tortillas and contain your choice
of rice, beans, sour cream, cheese, salsa, and
assortment of meat fillings, such as chicken mole or
in green chile, chile relleno, pork in red chile or
simply plain beans.

Soups, Special Dishes, and Frozen Tamales
All
available on a daily basis.
Chile
relleno
(Prices $9)
Made
from a freshly roasted poblano chile, stuffed with
cotija cheese, battered and shallow fried and then placed
in a fresh, ripe tomato sauce, served over a bed of rice
and accompanied by our fresh beans.
Tacos
(Prices $2.50 per taco)
Made
from fresh handmade tortillas served with a variety of fillings
and your choice of beans, salsa, sour cream and cheese.
