A grilled salmon filet served on greens tossed with pine

A premium sirloin, prepared in a Jack Daniels marinade,
served with Iron Horse Stout BBQ sauce, garlic mashers

A baked salmon filet or grilled chicken breast stuffed
with a spinach-feta filling, topped with roasted red peppers
and served with rice pilaf and roasted vegetable medley.

Ravioli with ancho chili Monterey jack cheese, garnished
