A whole wheat English muffin topped with two eggs over easy, grilled tomatoes, fresh avocado and hollandaise sauce, served with potatoes.

French Toast:
Fresh brioche dipped in egg batter, grilled golden brown
and topped with powdered sugar.

Salmon with Roasted Red Pepper Salad:
A grilled salmon filet served on greens tossed with pine nuts, roasted red peppers, capers, parmesan cheese &
citrus herb vinaigrette.

EntrÉes

Jack Daniels Sirloin:
A premium sirloin, prepared in a Jack Daniels marinade,
served with Iron Horse Stout BBQ sauce, garlic mashers
and a roasted vegetable medley.

Spinach & Feta-Stuffed Salmon:
A baked salmon filet or grilled chicken breast stuffed with a spinach-feta filling, topped with roasted red peppers and served with rice pilaf and roasted vegetable medley.

Southwest Ravioli:
Ravioli with ancho chili Monterey jack cheese, garnished
with roasted red pepper purée, black beans and cilantro.
Served with garlic bread. Spicy!

Chicken Stew, Chili, or Veggie Chili in a Bread Bowl:

Eggplant Parmigiana:
Breaded eggplant, marinara sauce and
melted provolone cheese served on a pillow bun.

Grilled Ahi Tuna Sandwich:
A cirtus-herb vinaigrette marinated ahi steak grilled
and served on a kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato,
red onion and chipotle mayo.

Burgers:
Our premium, ½-pound burgers are served on a fresh baked kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato, red onion and a pickle.

Oven-Baked Steak

Fries:
Entrées available with Carvers’ oven-baked steak fries, which have 70% less fat than other restaurants’ fries.
