Hazelnut-Crusted Halibut: Oven-roasted Alaskan halibut with champagne butter sauce and avocado, served with angel hair pasta.

Orange-Glazed Duck:Oven-roasted crisp, with rosemary. Served in an orange glaze sauce, with rice and vegetables.
